To qualify for grant support, your company must:

✓Be financially ready to undertake and complete the project
✓Have a UOB business account

The deployment of the AI Chatbot typically takes up to 5 working days. This covers the core chatbot setup, configuration, hosting of servers and basic deployment.

If system integration is required (e.g. CRM, internal databases, or third-party platforms), the overall timeline will be extended depending on the complexity and number of systems involved. Integration work is assessed separately under the System Integration package.

System integration typically requires approximately 10 man-days of development, depending on complexity and access to the API.
